Michael Garron Hospital Foundation’s signature Golf Classic is celebrating 29 years of being amongst the top charity golf tournaments in the province. The Golf Classic is one of Toronto’s preeminent charity tournaments, raising over $3.9 million to date in support of Michael Garron Hospital.

Supported by over 50 corporate leaders across many different sectors, funds from this event support the transformation of the hospital’s aging campus and ensure the hospital can continue to provide excellent healthcare for the East Toronto community.

We’re working closely with Scarboro Golf & Country Club to ensure that the safest protocols are in place. The event format is subject to change based on public health guidelines.

The Dragon Ball is the annual benefit gala for Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation. Combining philanthropy with the celebration of Chinese New Year, Dragon Ball has maintained its position as one of Toronto’s most anticipated events and the largest Chinese New Year celebration of its kind in North America for the last three decades. Dragon Ball 2024 marks the 35th anniversary of Yee Hong’s flagship fundraising gala, welcoming in the Year of the Dragon. ​

The funds raised help support the culturally and language appropriate care and services provided by Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care to seniors of various ethnic backgrounds in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
