Taking place on June 27, 2026, Taste of the Junction transforms Toronto’s west end into a lively open-air market and cultural showcase. Running from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the event spans the Green P Parking Lot and Darren’s No Frills lot at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Dundas Street West. Interactive Art & Cultural Installations

A standout feature of Taste of the Junction 2026 is Passageways—an imaginative series of immersive installations created by local artists and creative teams. Each installation transforms a compact space into a richly detailed environment filled with colour, texture and storytelling. These walk-in experiences highlight the cultural diversity of the Junction, reflecting communities such as British, Black, South Asian, Chinese and Portuguese.

In addition to these installations, visitors can engage with augmented reality murals located throughout the neighbourhood using the Artivive app. These digital enhancements bring public art to life, adding an interactive and contemporary dimension to the event.

Entertainment & Family-Friendly Fun

Beyond food and art, the festival offers a welcoming, family-friendly environment with activities suited for all ages. A dedicated Play Zone provides space for children to enjoy hands-on fun, while live DJ music keeps the energy high throughout the day. The combination of entertainment, creativity and community spirit ensures there is something for everyone to enjoy.
