This March Break, the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto invites families and hockey enthusiasts to explore Canada’s iconic hockey experience with extended hours and special programming designed for the whole crew. Throughout March 14 – March 22, 2026, the Hall will be open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, giving visitors plenty of time to dive into exhibits and interactive activities.

Feature Events & Must-See Activities

One of the standout elements of March Break at the Hall is the chance to get hands-on with hockey fun beyond just looking at artifacts. The Arena Zone and model rink let visitors try goaltending and shooting activities, while the TSN Broadcast Zone invites you to call play-by-play like a real sports anchor.

A highlight for many families is the daily chance to pose with hockey legends and trophies. Throughout the break, there’s a 4 Nations Cup photo opportunity, where fans can snap pictures with the newly engraved championship trophy before it heads to its home exhibit.

Other special appearances traditionally include Mascot Monday — where families can meet HHOF’s Slapshot and other favourite mascots — and Toronto Sceptres player photo ops with signed prints for attendees. These events tend to run on specific days (for example, Mascot Monday and Sceptres meet-and-greets), so check the Hall’s schedule before your visit.

Of course, no visit would be complete without seeing hockey’s Holy Grail: the original Stanley Cup and its vault of retired bands and championship rings.
