Nuit Blanche with All-Night Food Trucks, New Craft & Design Classes and More
October 5, 2024
Harbourfront Centre
Toronto’s all-night celebration of contemporary art returns with Nuit Blanche. On October 5th, Harbourfront Centre, will transform the space into a captivating live art mash-up of visual and sonic arts with Hopes and Fears Assembly, produced by STO Union, and grab some middle-of-the-night bites and drinks at their Nuit Blanche Night Market. As part of the all-night festival, this waterfront venue will feature immersive art installations, performances, and interactive exhibits that highlight creativity and innovation. Artists from various disciplines come together to explore themes of culture, identity, and social issues, offering thought-provoking experiences to visitors.
The art doesn’t stop there. Explore your creative expression by registering for our Craft & Design classes where you can make your own glass pumpkin, and try your hand at wheel throwing or textiles. And stay tuned for details on Space & Place – a Making & Thinking Symposium coming up November 8–10. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or simply curious, it’s an opportunity to witness art in a completely new light—literally and figuratively—under the starry skies.
