Each year, history enthusiasts and families alike gather in Hamilton, Ontario, to witness the thrilling Re-enactment of the Battle of Stoney Creek. This immersive, family-friendly event commemorates one of the most significant battles of the War of 1812 and brings Canada’s early military history to life in spectacular fashion.
Held at Battlefield House Museum & Park National Historic Site, this re-enactment transports visitors to the early morning hours of June 6, 1813, when British forces launched a surprise attack on American troops stationed at Stoney Creek.
