General Motors Showcases Cadillac F1 Replica, Corvette ZR1X and New Bolt EV at 2026 AutoShow

February 13 – 22, 2026
Metro Toronto Convention Centre

General Motors is turning up the excitement at the 2026 Canadian International AutoShow with the Canadian debut of the Cadillac Formula 1® Team Replica Car, alongside the unveiling of the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X and the return of the 2027 Chevrolet Bolt EV.

The GM exhibit in the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre highlights the company’s performance leadership and expanding electric vehicle portfolio, reinforcing its position as Canada’s sales leader for three consecutive years.

Cadillac’s Formula 1 Moment

Making its first appearance in Canada, the Cadillac F1® Team Replica Car arrives wearing the Barcelona Shakedown livery, revealed earlier this month. The show car offers fans a close-up look at Cadillac’s future in global motorsport and signals the brand’s ambitions at the pinnacle of racing.

The replica stands as a centrepiece of the Cadillac display, blending cutting-edge aerodynamics with unmistakable design presence.

Corvette ZR1X: Record-Setting Performance

Performance enthusiasts will be drawn to the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X, billed as North America’s quickest production car. With an astonishing 8.675-second quarter-mile time, the ZR1X represents the extreme edge of Corvette engineering, delivering track-ready capability while maintaining its sports car heritage.

Its presence at the AutoShow underscores GM’s continued investment in high-performance innovation.

The Return of the Chevrolet Bolt EV

Back by popular demand, the improved 2027 Chevrolet Bolt EV is expected to be one of Canada’s most affordable electric vehicles. Offering up to 422 kilometres of GM-estimated range, the Bolt balances accessibility with everyday practicality — a combination many Canadian drivers seek as EV adoption grows.

A Diverse Lineup and Interactive Experiences

GM boasts one of the broadest displays at the show, spanning Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Cadillac. From electric crossovers like the Equinox EV and Blazer EV to premium models such as the Cadillac ESCALADE IQ and CELESTIQ, visitors can explore a full spectrum of powertrains and price points.

Interactive activations add to the experience. Chevrolet introduces a soccer-inspired Skee-ball challenge in partnership with Major League Soccer and Toronto FC, while the larger-than-life GMC Sierra installation highlights truck capability. The popular Buick Café also returns, serving handcrafted beverages to attendees.

The 2026 Canadian International AutoShow runs from February 13 to 22, 2026, offering Canadians a comprehensive look at the technology, performance and innovation shaping the future of mobility.
