The 37th Toronto Fringe Festival is set to take place from July 2 to July 13, 2025. As one of the most beloved arts festivals in the city, the Toronto Fringe showcases a diverse range of performances, including theatre, comedy, dance, and experimental works. Known for its inclusive and open-access nature, the festival gives both emerging and established artists a platform to present their creative work to a wide audience.

Audiences can expect over 150 productions across various venues in Toronto, ranging from traditional theatres to unconventional spaces, making for a unique and eclectic experience. As always, the Fringe embraces its “by the people, for the people” philosophy, ensuring an accessible and dynamic atmosphere where innovation thrives.

Shows are selected by lottery or first-come-first-served processes, and all ticket revenue goes straight to the artists.

Over the course of 12 days, over 1,200 artists participate in performances across the city that include comedy, drama, musicals, improvisation, storytelling, children’s theatre, dance and much more.
