February is the month of love, and in 2019, it’s all about seafood lovers, as the annual Ocean Wise Chowder Chowdown goes down at the Distillery District’s Fermenting Cellar on Wednesday, Feb. 27. At this annual showdown, some of Ontario’s top chefs bring out their finest chowder recipes and compete head-to-head, all in support of sustainable seafood. Try mouth-watering sustainable chowders paired with craft beer, and cast your vote for your favourite.
