General admission tickets are priced at $12.50, with fees included, and can be purchased online or by phone at 226-213-4811 (additional charges apply for phone orders). Tickets are non-refundable; however, patrons may resell tickets online at face value through their account.
The venue offers on-site childcare for children aged 6 months to 6 years, available by advance online reservation only. Space is limited, and walk-ins are not accepted.
The performance runs approximately 90 minutes and includes occasional strobe, haze, and fog effects. Due to the intensity of certain scenes, the production is not suitable for children aged 6 and under. Parental discretion is strongly advised.
