Paranormal Cirque Nightmare Brings a Dark Circus Experience to Ontario

August 28–31, 2026 | Kingston, Ontario
September 4–7, 2026 | Newmarket, Ontario
September 18–21, 2026 | Thornhill, Ontario

A circus with a sinister side is making its way across Ontario. Paranormal Cirque Nightmare arrives in Kingston, Newmarket and Thornhill in 2026, bringing an unusual combination of circus performance, theatre and horror beneath its distinctive big top.

Created for audiences who prefer their live entertainment with a darker edge, the production turns the familiar circus experience upside down. Instead of a traditional family show, guests enter a theatrical world filled with mysterious characters, dramatic performances and plenty of unexpected moments.

Where to See Paranormal Cirque Nightmare in Ontario

The Ontario tour begins in Kingston from August 28–31, 2026. The production then travels to Newmarket from September 4–7, 2026.

Later in the month, the big top arrives in Thornhill from September 18–21, 2026. Therefore, audiences across the Greater Toronto Area will have another opportunity to experience the production without travelling far from home.

Each stop offers several performances throughout its limited engagement. However, showtimes vary by location, so visitors should check the official schedule before making plans.

Circus Skills Meet a World of Nightmares

At the heart of Paranormal Cirque Nightmare is live circus artistry. Skilled performers take to the stage while theatrical effects create a darker atmosphere around them.

The experience blends elements of circus, theatre and cabaret with a horror-inspired setting. As a result, audiences never quite know what may appear next.

Acrobatics and other physical performances provide much of the spectacle. Meanwhile, unusual characters and theatrical surprises help create the feeling of entering a strange world far removed from an ordinary night at the circus.

The intimate big-top environment also puts spectators close to the action. That proximity can make daring performances feel even more intense.

A Circus Experience for Older Audiences

Paranormal Cirque Nightmare is designed for teens and adults rather than young children. Guests under age 13 are not admitted. In addition, visitors ages 13 to 17 must attend with an adult.

The age restriction reflects the show’s darker themes and horror-inspired presentation. Consequently, families should consider the requirements carefully before purchasing tickets.

Three Chances to Experience the Show

The 2026 Ontario appearances offer horror enthusiasts a different way to begin the Halloween season. Kingston gets the first taste at the end of August, followed by Newmarket over the Labour Day weekend and Thornhill later in September.

With its combination of circus talent, theatrical atmosphere and macabre entertainment, Paranormal Cirque Nightmare offers something decidedly different from a conventional haunted attraction.

Tickets currently range from $30 to $85, depending on age and seating selection. Advance reservations are recommended because each Ontario engagement runs for only a few days.
